Andrew is a reward consultant with in-depth experience of UK and international reward practice, both as a consultant and a practitioner. Before joining Yellow Hat, Andrew held senior reward roles at HSBC, KPMG and Barclaycard, and ran his own independent Reward consultancy.
He has designed and implemented incentive plans and year-end pay review processes in a variety of business environments. He has substantial experience in the development and implementation of employee benefits programmes, including flexible benefits and benefit harmonisation exercises. In addition, he is an expert in the benchmarking and reporting of executive pay, and has worked with UK and European regulatory frameworks for financial services pay.
He speaks at conferences on a range of reward issues and is a tutor on training programmes for reward analysts. He is author of a number of published reports on reward topics, including executive pay, financial services pay regulation, reward risk management and global mobility.
Andrew is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
