One-day seminar: The Directors Remuneration Reporting Regulations

Location: London

Duration: One-day, 10am – 4pm

Format: Classroom course, maximum of 15 attendees

A step-by-step guide to  how listed companies in the UK must report executive pay, this one-day seminar is an excellent introduction for reward, HR and corporate governance professionals getting to grips for the first time with the complex Directors Remuneration Reporting Regulations, as well as a refresher for more experienced professionals.  You will gain a practical understanding of the scope of the legislation, what information you must provide, and in what format, based on live examples to illustrate evolving best practice.  The seminar also covers the new shareholder voting rules, explaining which elements of remuneration are subject to a binding vote, and which to an advisory vote, how and when the information must be submitted to shareholders, and what needs to be done when shareholders vote against a proposal.

The seminar is designed and run by Yellow Hat as part of the e-reward.co.uk ‘Mastering Reward’ programme.  The venue is the prestigious De Vere Holborn Bars building in central London.
